I had just moved to Thomson GA from YREKA CA. I have been a STATE FARM customer from way before Jake was born, 01/1980. I had not quite settled in my apartment so pretty much Coffee & a McMuffin for b'fast. I had driven past the STATE FARM - Lenny Schaffer Office several times and thought I should stop and see what I had to do to transfer to GA so I could get my TAGS. Sounded pretty basic, so one day I stopped & met Susan Crosby without an appointment. That was a good thing for me. The EASY transfer was not so easy! Miss Susan took my info & got started tbat afternoon. BOY OH BOY, Miss Susan was right on top of the transfer for maybe a week of back and forth & then took the deal into her own hands and just did it. Called me to sign the papers and for a check for my APARTMENT ins, (reccomended by the building manager since I am on the top floor). PERFECT = Finally the DEAL is done.......... HAHAHA, I signed up for the discount Drive Safe & Save. WELL IT IS NOT REALLY ELDER FRIENDLY! Once again, Miss Susan took the task at hand as her own, and after a BACK & FORTH with 2 "IT" Techs WE CAME OUT VICTORIOUS! I TRULY DO APPRECIATE THE TOP EFFORT that Susan Crosby put into helping me GET SET UP IN GA........ Made me feel VERY WELCOME - "LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR........"! Paul Shaw New guy in GA
